Eggless Pressure Cooker Tutti Frutti Muffins Recipe. I am sure that would have made your mouth water! This is a simple muffins cake recipe made in a pressure cooker specifically for people who do not want to use an oven to bake.
Her laughter is infectious. Her smile always makes me shed a tear. Her heart is true and pure. But what I cherish the most is that she is my daughter.
Once again it was her question that shocked me and made me think. My daughter is only 6 years old and in the first standard but some of her questions make me feel as if I am talking to a big girl who understands everything around her and everything about the world.
Today while I was dressing her up she asked me, “Mama, how do you manage to get everything done so early morning in the morning?” I was quiet for a moment, surprised at her question and then asked her purposefully to understand what she meant.
She was quick to respond, “You make food, pack lunch, made milk for me, brushed me, ironed my clothes and is now dressing me up for school”. And then she continued asking me as to where I get all this energy from, in her very own cute little language.
I didn’t utter a word.
After a couple of minutes, I gathered myself up to answer the rapid-fire questions that were shot at me. I smiled at her and said, “Baby, it is because I wake up early in the morning. That makes me very energetic and am able to do all of these things”.
I was very happy at the thought that my 6-year-old daughter recognized my work. What more can I expect from her?
We as adults often think that kids are less observant and immature. We think that they are not observing us and our speech. We think that they are so engrossed in their own things that they might just not get the time to think about us and about what we are doing.
We are mistaken.
Kids are more observant than us. They might be doing just about anything but their eyes and ears are much more receptive to whatever is happening around than their adult counterparts.
And it is hence important that we watch our actions and our words. By speaking or, doing something that is not right, we might just end up planting the first seed to a disobedient child. Once this happens, then there is no point complaining about it.
So, we better understand it in time.

The day all of this happened, I felt I had a lot more energy in me that any of the other days. It was probably the rare praise that I got that triggered something in me.
When your work is recognized and appreciated, you get an never before seen courage and strength to do things. The very thought that somebody has just appreciated you, brings the best out of you. And probably that was what happened to me.
I wanted to make something for her. Something that she would love and savor cheerfully.
And I knew it had to be a cake.
I had this new set of muffin tins that I had bought about a week back. What better time that to test them out. And with most of the ingredients already available at home, the toss fell in favor of tutti frutti muffins.
And there came the idea of this eggless pressure cooker tutti frutti muffins recipe.
I hope you like this recipe.
